ALL DEALER/VENDOR TABLES are $10.00 All reservations accepted are subject to the rules and regulations of SELARC Inc. and the host convention center. Vendors shall be responsible for setup, cleanup and security of all vendor displays. Confirmation of reservations and set-up assignments will be issued prior to the Hamfest upon receipt of payment. Do Not leave anything on the tables when you leave hamfest. If you don’t want to take it home, please throw it in the dumpster outside. You will be charged a cleanup fee at the following year's hamfest and/or denied a table. For Club Use: Confirm Date Payment Received Section Assignment |
