Volunteer Examiners will administer Amateur Radio Exams at 8:30AM in the La Veranda Room. You must bring a PHOTO ID, your ORIGINAL LICENSE and PHOTOCOPY of your LICENSE and any CERTIFICATE OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF EXAMINATION and PHOTOCOPY of the CSCE, and the TEST FEE of $15 for your exam. All individuals to be tested must register before testing begins.

A limited number of "Swap Tables" are usually available the day of the Hamfest on a first-come/first-served basis from the Table Manager (limited to two per individual). Only prepaid tables have been reserved by the Table Manager. Remaining tables will be rented for $15 beginning at 8:00am. Neither SELARC nor the host facility shall be responsible for the security of goods, vehicles or equipment used in association with the Hamfest. No New Equipment, Commercial Dealers or inappropriate goods will be allowed for sale on Swap Tables. In the event the Table Manager deems an item should not be offered for sale at a Swap Table, it must be removed or the table will be forfeited and a refund as deemed appropriate by the Hamfest Chairman will be given. Do not leave unwanted items on tables when leaving; a clean-up fee may be charged for the next year's hamfest!

Free parking is available in facility parking lots. Vendors may unload at rear of the exhibition area‚ but vehicles must be returned to the parking lot immediately upon unloading. Vehicles parked or driving on the grass are subject to ticketing or towing.

By purchasing prize tickets you will automatically be entered into all DOOR PRIZE drawings throughout the day, as well as the MAJOR PRIZE DRAWINGS. To claim a DOOR PRIZE, the winning ticket must be presented to SELARC officials at the drawing site before the immediate following drawing. All winning door prize tickets will be returned to the drum for a chance at the major prizes. WINNER OF THE SELARC MAJOR PRIZES NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. If not present, winner of these PRIZES will be contacted using the information as supplied on the ticket.
